摘要
以基于WindowsCE的平板电脑TPC-650和PCM-37-18H为核心,以embeddedVC++6.0为工具,采用WindowsCE所支持的多线程、数据库、通信及实时性等技术,开发出可对位移、速度、加速度等物理量进行现场数据采集、分析、显示和记录并与上位机进行通信的便携式数据采集与处理系统。该系统具有界面友好、性能可靠、采集速度快、软件可扩展等特点。目前已应用到实际生产中,运行效果理想。
A portable system of data acquisition and processing is introduced. The kernels are a panel PC with Windows CE operation system and PCM-3718H. The programming tool is embedded VC++6.0. The software design uses some technologies supported by Windows CE. They are multithreading, database, real-time and communication. The datum of displacement, velocity and acceleration can be collected, analysed, diaplayed and recorded by using this portable system at work place. The system has friendly interface, dependable capability, high-rate acquisition, software extensibility. It has been put into practice and the result is perfect.
