摘要
目的:探讨慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者治疗依从性及其影响因素。方法:调查采用自行设计问卷调查表对89例CKD患者进行调查。结果:CKD患者医疗费用支付方式、经济状况、居家情况、对医务人员信任度等与治疗依从性比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:治疗依从性影响着CKD患者的治疗效果,多途径干预可提高患者的治疗依从性。
Objective：To explore the therapeutic compliance of the patients with chronic kidney disease （CKD） and the influential factors.Methods：The information of 89 patients with CKD were investigated using the self-designed questionnaire.Results：The investigation showed that the factors affecting therapeutic compliance in the patients with CKD included the mode of payment,economic status, family conditions and trust between patients and medical staff.Conclusion：The therapeutic compliance of patients greatly affects the treatment of chronic kidney disease ,and multi-pathway intervention can improve their therapeutic compliance.
