摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法将69例肺结核患者随机分成两组，对照组34例采用肺结核常规护理，观察组35例在常规护理的基础上加强人性化护理。结果观察组患者对肺结核相关知识的掌握情况优于对照组（P〈0．05），且观察组对护理人员的信任度高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论人性化护理应用于肺结核患者中可以帮助患者更好地掌握疾病相关知识，并增加患者对护理人员的信任度，有利于患者的康复。
Objective To investigate the application effect of humanistic nursing in the patients with tuberculosis. Methods 69 patients of tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups,the control group （34 cases） were gaven routine nursing care, the observation group （35 cases） received humanistic nursing in addition to the routine nursing care. Results In the observation group,the situation of patients grasp the tuberculosis related knowledge was better than the control group（ P 〈 0.05） , and the trust degree of nursing staff in patients was higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Humanistic nursing in patients with tuberculosis can be applied to help patients grasp the disease - related knowledge better,and increase the patient＇s trust degree of nursing staff, it is condueive to the rehabilitation of patients.
