摘要
本文根据沪深两地97家上市公司2001-2005年连续5年年报数据,对97上市公司多元化经营、企业规模与企业绩效进行了实证研究。研究表明:我国上市公司多元化程度与企业绩效并没有显著的相关性,多元化程度与企业规模水平存在一定的正相关性,企业规模对企业的经营绩效有显著的正相关性。最后,对其产生的原因进行了分析,并提出有针对性的建议。
This paper empirically examines the effect of diversification and its scale on the list companies＇ performance according to the annual reports of 97 companies from 2001 to 2005. The result implies that the performance of the list companies has no connection with the diversification but with their scale. It is showed that the degree of diversification and the scale of enterprise have a certain level of relevance, and the scale of enterprise has a significant positive correlation with the performance. Finally, it analyzs and puts forward relevant proposals.
