摘要
目的观察参附注射液对心功能不全的临床疗效及安全性。方法所选358例慢性心功能不全患者为住院及门诊病例,随机分为参附注射液治疗组(n=129)和丹参注射液对照组(n=129),观察两组治疗后的临床疗效及心功能指标等。结果经治疗1个疗程后进行临床疗效评定,参附注射液组心功能改善的总有效率为93.0%,丹参注射液组为69.0%。结论参附注射液对心血管疾病(包括缺血性中风)及其所致心功能不全有一定疗效。
Objective Observe the clinical effect and safety of Shenfu injection for cardiac insuffciency. Methods Selected 358 cases of inpatients and outpatients of chronic heart failure and divided into Shenfu injection treated group（n=129） and Salvia injection treated control group（n=129）. Observe the clinical effect and cardiac function indicators of the two groups after treatment. Results After a course of treatment, the clinical effect of Shenfu injection group to improve heart function was assessed have a total efficiency of 93.0%, while Salvia injection group was 69.0%. Conclusion Shenfu injection has a certain effect to cardiovascular disease（including ischemic stroke） and heart failure caused.
