摘要 舒张性心功能不全（diastolic heart failure,DHF）是指由于心室主动松弛功能受损、被动充盈能力或顺应性下降导致循环功能障碍的一组临床综合征。流行病学调查表明,30%～50%的心力衰竭患者具有正常的心室收缩功能。
