摘要
在世界各国城市的发展与建设中,随着环境问题的日益显现,人们已经认识到建设生态城市的重要性,并取得了一定的成果。城市是一个以人为主体的人工生态系统,其生态规划要以资源环境承载能力为前提,以人与环境共荣共生为核心。作为东北地区经济、文化、科技、商贸、金融、交通的中心,沈阳的生态城市建设必须在立足于发展地方经济的基础上,合理规划,以人为本,全面、协调、可持续发展,以增强沈阳市的综合实力和竞争力。
In city＇s development and construction all over problem,people have cognized the importance to construct the world, with the increasing appearance of environment ecological city, and acquired some achievements. City is an artificial ecological system taking people as main body, its ecological planning should take carrying capacity of re- source and environment as precondition, take common prosperity and existence between people and environment as core. As the northeast center of economy, culture, science, technology, business, finance and traffic, ecological city con- struction in Shenyang must on the basis of developing local economy, rationally plan, take people as orientation, and realize all -around, harmonious and sustainable development so as to enhance the integrated strength and competitive edge of Shenyang.
