摘要
回顾了改革开放以来中国生态城市规划建设的背景及其发展的基本情况 ,并展望了进一步发展的前景。指出城市化加速、生态环境恶化和城市问题的严峻形势是促使全球生态环境意识的觉醒、生态城建设理论与实践发展的根本原因 ,而“天人合一”的传统哲学理念是生态城规划建设之所以能够在中国迅速发展的思想理论基础和社会基础。
The paper refers back to the background and basic growth of China's eco city evolution since reform and opening to the outside world,and unfolds the prospect of further advancement.It points out that the accleration of the global scale urbanization,the deterioration of our ecologyical environment and the city problems have awakened the world wide consciousness of ecology.It is the traditionally philosophical principle of “Nature and Man in Harmony” that underlies the ideological and the social foundation for the rapid development of China's eco city planning and construction,which fully accords with the national conditions and goes along with the stream of times.
