摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是可预防及治疗的疾病,COPD患者接受适宜的药物长期治疗,可有效缓解或逆转临床进程。本文就β2受体激动剂、抗胆碱药物、吸入型糖皮质激素,以及COPD的联合治疗作一综述。
Recent studies show that chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） is a preventable and treatable disease. Long-term treatment with proper medications for COPD patients can get beneficial contribution on the disease process of COPD. This article reviewed the role of β2 receptor agonists, anticholinergic drugs, inhaled corticosteroids, and combination therapy on COPD.
