摘要
综合论述了高温处理对碳纤维结构和强度的影响,以及热结构陶瓷基复合材料制备过程中预制体的高温处理工艺。通过综合分析,提出两种较为合理的预制体高温处理工艺:(1)CO中1600℃处理;(2)先进行涂层处理再进行高温处理。
The role of the high temperature treatment process to carbon fiber structure and strength is reviewed.Two treatment process are obtained by analyzing fibers performance in high temperature. The promoted high temperaturebetment techniques include the treatment at 1650℃ in CO and the treatment at elevated temperature in N2 after beingcoated.
