摘要
文章建立了反相高效液相色谱测定高效氯氟氰菊酯微乳剂方法。实验结果表明,该方法测定高效氯氟氰菊酯在162.24~2028.00μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数R2=0.9993,最小检测限为1.9×10-11 g,相对标准偏差为0.27%,加标回收率在98.9%~100.5%之间,平均回收率为99.6%。该方法使用C18 XDB反相柱,以甲醇/水(80/20,V/V)为流动相,在检测波长278 nm下进行定量分析。
The paper set up a HPLC method for analyzing lambda-cyhalothrin in the micro-emulsion. As the results showed, the linear regression coefficient of the method was 0.9993 and the limits of the detection were 1.9×10^-11g. The relative standard deviation was 0.27 %. The recoveries were in the range of 98.9 %- 100.5 %, and the average recovery was 99.6 %. The quantitative method was conducted by using C18 XDB reversed-phase column. The mobile phase was methanol/water(80/20, v/v), and it was detected at 278 nm with VWD.
