摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱外标法,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液作为流动相,用C18柱和紫外检测器(230nm),对丁醚脲10%微乳剂定量分析。结果表明,方法的标准差为0.07,变异系数为0.70%,平均回收率为99.91%,线性相关系数为0.9999。
A quantitative analytical method for diafenthiuron 10% ME by RP-HPLC was developed, using acetonitrile＋phosphate=80＋20 （V/V） as mobile phase, with Agilent TC-Cls column and UV detector at 250nm. The results showed that the standard deviation, the coefficient of variation, the average recovery and the liner correlation of method were 0.07, 0.70%, 99.91% and 0.999 9 respectively.
