摘要
跨流域调水对区域生态环境系统的影响是一个复杂的多层次的复合系统。文中在介绍该系统的特征,并对跨流域调水对区域生态环境影响的空间和时间界定进行阐述的基础上,分析了在跨流域调水的建设期和运营期各相关因素对区域生态环境的影响。
The impact from inter-basin water transfer on regional eco-environment is a complicated multi-level composite system. On the basis of the feature of the system and the expatiation of the determination of the space-time of the impact from inter-basin water transfer on regional eco-environment, the impacts from all the relevant factors of an inter-basin water transfer project during both the construction period and the operation period are analyzed herein.
