摘要
本文以厦门市饮用水源流域农业非点源污染控制规划为实例,探讨了流域环境系统规划的灰色方法问题。主要报告了如何建立灰色规划模型,如何求取规划模型的灰色解,如何将灰色规划解应用于流域规划等。文中介绍的求解灰色规划解的方法是一种近似方法,但十分有效,可以应用于求解类似的规划问题。研究表明,对流域环境系统进行灰色规划更加合理和可靠,用灰色系统理论研究区域环境系统的规划问题具有美好的前景。
The grey planning of the enviromental system in watershed was studied by the usineg of the watershed of the drinking water source of South China's Xiamen City as an example, which was polluted mainly by the agricultural nonpoint sources. Mainly reported in the paper are how to build up the mathematical model for the grey planning, how to achieve the grey solution of the planning model, how to use the planning model's gred solution to the watershed planning, etc. The method to achieve the grey solution of the planning model is an approximate one, but it is effective, which can be widely used to solve similar planning problem. The general conclusion was that grey planning of the environmental system in watershed is more reasonable reliable, and that the grey system theroy approach to deal with the planning of the regional environmental systemal is promising.
