摘要
为了满足开放式运动控制器的设计要求,给出了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)和现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的四轴通用运动控制器设计方案,详细论述了该四轴通用运动控制器的体系结构特点、硬件电路设计、FPGA模块分析和软件模块组成;系统结合PC/104模块化设计思想,基于TMS320F2812 DSP外部总线的设计,采用高性价比FPGA芯片EP2C5实现了运动控制专用外设模块,使系统具有结构简单、低成本、开放性、模块化特点,而且总线上各模块可独立设计,亦降低了系统实现难度。实际应用结果表明,该控制器具有良好的性能。
For the requirement of designing open motion controller, a solution of designing a four-axis motion controller based on digital signal processor(DSP) and field programmable gate array(FPGA) was presented. The characteristic of the architecture, the design of the hardware and software modules, and the analysis of FPGA logic modules of the motion controller system were discussed in detail. The idea of modularization from PC/lOg architecture was absorbed, based on the external interface of TMS320F2812 DSP, and the EP2C5 FPGA chip with high cost performance, specific peripheral circuit was adopted. Therefore, this system has the characteristics of simple framework, lower cost, open and modularization. Additional, the modules based on the local bus can be implemented respectively, which makes design easily. The results of practical application show that the controller has good performance.
