摘要
加减速控制是数控系统开发的关键技术之一,而速度平滑是数控加工理论的重要组成部分,文章采用直线加减速方式及算法,配以具有“前瞻”功能的平滑控制,对段间以及段内速度进行控制,从而使得在整个加工过程中速度变化平缓,连续,有效地减少了对机床的冲击,提高了加工速度和精度,提高了零件的加工质量。该算法使步进电机实现了宽广范围内的速度平滑控制,在实际应用中效果良好,将其应用于数控雕刻机中,刀具对机床的冲击明显地得到了降低。
Control of the process of acceleration and deceleration is one of key problems in CNC system development, and speed control smoothly is part of the hard core of NC theory, In this paper the mode and arithmetic of beeline speedup and speed-down integrated with the smooth control which has “look ahead” function, are used to control the speed between and in the segments. Therefore the speed in the whole process changes smoothly and continuously, So the impact on the machine reduces, The precision and speed of machining is improved. And the quality of machining is also improved clearly, This method driving the step motor to realize a wide range speed control smoothly. This new approach can be used in fact and a good effect is obtained. The method is used in NC sculptural machines and the impact on the machine decreases obviously.
