摘要
随着经济技术开发区的演化和递进,开发区的发展进程进入了后开发区时代,其典型特征是大量城市综合要素和生产经济活动在区内并存聚集,开发区呈现综合功能和多元内容的新城发展趋势.本文以杭州市经济技术开发区为例,从模式优化的准则与理念、空间结构及形态发展模式优化的论证与定位、用地单元组织三方面诠释后开发区时代新城型开发区空间结构及形态发展模式优化.
Along with the evolution and progression of economic development zone, the zone development has entered the ＂Latter development zone era＂, its typical characteristic is the coexists and gathers of massive city synthesis essential factor and the production economic activity in the zone. Hangzhou economic development zone is taken as object of study in this paper. The annotation of spatial structure is carried on and development pattern optimization under the ＂Latter development zone era＂ of new-town model development zone is shaped in three aspects： The criterion and idea of pattern optimization, the proof and the localization of spatial structure and the shape development pattern optimizes and the organization of land use unit.
