摘要
目的:探讨蒙药哈布?仁治疗口腔颌面部间隙感染的疗效。方法:实验组在颌面部肿胀区皮肤外敷哈布德仁药(将药用鸡蛋清调成糊状外敷)。对照组静脉点滴青霉素或红霉素。5d为一疗程后观察疗效。结果:实验组的治愈率(71.7%)明显高于对照组(60.0%)。结论:使用蒙药哈布?仁治疗口腔颌面部间隙感染能取得较好的治疗效果且具有一定的实用价值。
Objective： To explore Habuderen curing the oral and maxillofacial space infection. Methods：The experimental group in the maxillofacial area of skin swelling with external Habuderen drugs（ medicinal egg will be transferred into a paste external application）. Control group, with intravenous drip of penicillin or erythromycin. 5d after a course of treatment observing the efficacy. Results： The cure rate in the experimental group （71.7%）was significantly higher than that in control group （60.0%）. Conclusion：Mongolian drug Habuderen curing the oral and maxillofacial space infection can get better efficacy and have some clinical value.
