摘要
目的探讨护理干预应用于口腔颌面部感染伴严重并发症中的效果。方法选择口腔颌面部感染伴严重并发症患者60例,根据入院顺序分为治疗组与对照组各30例,两组患者均积极应用抗生素对症治疗并进行常规护理,在此基础上,治疗组给予积极的心理、饮食与音乐干预。结果两组患者干预前的VAS及SAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后VAS及SAS评分均明显下降(P<0.05),且组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对口腔颌面部感染伴严重并发症患者给予心理、饮食与音乐护理能有效缓解焦虑情绪,减轻疼痛,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the care effects of oral and maxillofacial infection combined with severe compli- cations. Methods 60 cases of oral and maxillofacial infection combined with severe complications under the hospital order were equally divided into the treatment group and control group,all the patients of the two groups were actively given symptomatic treatment and conventional antibiotic treatments,on this basis,the treatment group was received positive music,diet and psychological intervention. Results The VAS and SAS scores between the two groups before the intervention had no significant difference and were significantly decreased after the intervention （P〈0.05）,while there were significant differences between the groups compared （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gives the psychological,diet and music to patients with oral and maxillofacial infection combined with severe complications can effectively relieve anxi- ety emotion and reduce pain,so it should be widely aoolied.
