摘要
目的:探讨β2─糖蛋白Ⅰ(β2─GPI)在体内的分布。方法:以昆明系小鼠为实验模型,将纯化的小鼠β2─GPI用Na125I标记,注入到小鼠体内,80min后取一些重要脏器做放射性计数测定。结果:Na125I─β2─GPI放射性计数在血浆中为215.01±16.45Bq·g-1,在肾脏中为51.57±6.30Bq·g-1,在肝脏中为49.38±5.14Bq·g-1,在肺中为11.96±1.52Bq·g-1。结论:在所取的各组织脏器中,血浆中分布最多,肾、肝次之,在肺中分布最少。
Objective:Kunwing mice were made to be the test model in order to study the distribution of β2 -GP I. Methods:First,isolated β2-GP I was labeled by Na125I,and then injected into the mouse fortes. Some of the organs were taken out and Bq value was measured after 80 min. Results: radioactive value was 215.01±16. 45 Bq·g-1 in plasma, in kidney it was 51. 57±6. 30Bq·g-1,in liver it was 49. 38±5. 14 Bq·g-1 and in lung it was 11. 96±1. 52Bq·g-1. Conclusion: The results may suggest that the distribution of Na125I-β2-GP I in plasma was the most,and next in kidney and in liver. The least was in lung.
