摘要
通过复合添加,研究了Mg、Cu、Zr、Ti和稀土对Al-Zn阻尼合金显微组织、力学性能及阻尼性能的影响;研究表明,随着合金元素的加入,合金的晶粒组织变得细小而均匀,提高合金晶界界面数量及可动性,提高Al-Zn合金阻尼性能的同时,使其抗拉强度和硬度均有所提高。其中,成分最优化合金的性能为σb=285.6MPa,HB=118.3,Q-1=2.28×10-2。
The effects of Mg, Cu, Zr, Ti and rare earth on the , mechanical properties and damping eapacity have been studied. The result shows that the microstructure of alloy changed from large crystals to fine crystals with regular distribution. The number and the moving property of the grain boundaries of the alloy has been increased. And improve the damping properties of the alloys, its tensile strength and hardness be increased at the same time. The optimal properties are σb = 285.6MPa, HB = 118.3, and Q^-1 = 2.28× 10^-2.
