摘要
本文在分析当前图书馆联盟存在的问题的基础上,提出图书馆战略联盟的概念,对图书馆战略联盟的特点进行阐述,并探讨图书馆战略联盟的发展策略。
Based on the analysis of library consortiums~ limitations at present, this paper puts forward the conception of strategy consortiums of library, analyzes the characteristics of strategic consortiums of library. The development tactic of strategy consortiums of library is also discussed.
