摘要
目的：提高对腕关节脱位的认识，及时作出正确诊断，不同部位不同时期的脱位采取相应的治疗方法。方法：对6例患者进行手法复位，3例行手术切开复位，12例行切开复位内固定。结果：随访5月-3年，21例中优71．4％、良28．6％，腕关节功能恢复良好，舟骨骨折愈合好，无明显月骨坏死。结论：早期正确的诊断，及时恰当的治疗方法是完全治愈此种骨折的关键。
Objective： To raise awareness of the wrist joint dislocation, to make the right diagnosis, Then to take measures during different periods in different parts of dislocation. Method： 6 cases of wrist joint dislocation were made by manual reposition,3 for a routine surgical reposition, 12 regular open reposition and internal fixation. Result： 21 cases of excellent 71.4% and good was 28.6%, were followed up for 5 months to three years, wrist joint good functional recovery, scaphoid fracture healing well, no perilunate bone necrosis. Conclusion： Early the correct diagnosis and timely appropriate treatment is completely cured of such fractures of the key.
