摘要
目的:评价手法复位及切开复位内固定治疗经舟状骨-月骨周围脱位的临床疗效。方法:2007年5月-2011年1月,采用手法复位及切开复位内固定治疗13例经舟状骨-月骨周围脱位患者。结果:随访6月～4年,平均24月,按Cooney评分法:优4例,良6例,可2例,差1例(陈旧伤),优良率76.9%。结论:手法复位及切开复位内固定治疗经舟状骨-月骨周围脱位,可达到腕舟状骨骨折端解剖复位,有利于舟状骨骨折近段和月骨血供及腕关节轴线的恢复,术后腕关节功能恢复较好;早期诊断疗效佳。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of trans-centrale perilunar dislocation treated with manipulative reduction and open reduction combined internal fixation.Methods From May 2007 to January 2011,13 patients with trans-centrale perilunar dislocation were treated with manipulative reduction and open reduction combined internal fixation.Results All patients were followed up from 6 months to 4 years with an average of 24 months.According to clinical scoring system of Cooney,the scores were excellent in 4 cases,good in 6 cases,fair in 2 cases,poor in one case,and the fine rate was 76.9%.Conclusion Manipulative reduction and open reduction combined internal fixation could effectively recovery anatomy reduction of wrist centrale fracture in treatment of trans-centrale perilunar dislocation,and profit to recovery the blood supply of lunate and proximal centrale,as well as the wrist on axis.The function of wrist was well recoverd postoperation,the efficacy would be more excellent if the injure could be treated earlier.
