摘要
对上海市15所业余体校及3所田径传统项目学校、3所二线学校的田径课余训练的教练员和运动员进行调查,经过分析与讨论,认为上海市田径后备人才数量呈逐年上升趋势,但主要以郊县和外省市引进的人员为主,说明上海田径后备人才的生源存在潜在的危机;训练与学习的矛盾比较突出;教练员对队员的生活关心不够,运动员和教练员的沟通存在一定障碍。影响田径后备人才培养的因素为:"发展潜力因子";"文化教育因子";"后勤保障因子";"合理安排运动训练因子"。
This article investigates coaches and athlete of fifteen athletics sport schools and three athletic traditional event schools and 3 schools of secondary importance. The analysis and discussion reveal that the number of reserve talents in Shanghai is one the rise annually, with the majority coming from outskirts or foreign provinces, which shows in terms of sources of reserve talents, Shanghai is confronted with crisis. Mean While there is a sharp conflict between training and study. Coaches don^t care about the life of players very much, resulting in the failed communication between coaches and players. The factors affecting the cultivation of reserve talents include the development potential element, the cultural education element, the rear - service guarantee element and the reasonable arrangement of sports training element.
