摘要
优秀教练员的选拔、培养是训练工作的重要组成部分,建立一支高水平、高素质的教练员队伍已经成为加强运动训练的一个重要环节。本文以2004年奥运会金牌教练员为案例,选取了具有代表性的三位奥运会金牌教练员李永波、陈忠和、孙海平为案例分析,来研究我国金牌教练员的选拔体制。研究表明:目前我国的教练员的选拔主要是以教练员的运动经历为主要因素来进行选拔的,未来的教练员应该不再靠自身的体育成绩和自身运动经验来指导运动员的训练工作,而是更多的依靠体育科学理论知识的学习。只有通过科学的体育理论的指导,才会将更科学的方法融入到训练中去,带出更多的金牌运动员。
The elite trainer's selection and cultivation is the important component in training work. However, establishing a high level, the high quality trainer team already becomes an important link in sports training. This paper taking 2004 Olympic Games gold medal trainers LI Yong - bo, CHEN Zhong - he and SUN Hai - ping as the case analysis studied on the selection of our gold medal trainer in the aspect of system. The result indicates that now our trainers' selection mainly takes trainer's movement experience as the primary factor, the future trainer will be supposed no longer to depend on their own sports performance and the self - experience to instruct athlete's training work, but it will be the more dependence on sports scientific theory knowledge study. Only through the science sports theory instruction can integrate a more scientific method to the training, and carry over the more gold medal athletes.
