摘要
徐州都市圈是江苏省及中国沿海地区城镇空间布局的重要组成部分,作为中心城市的徐州其综合实力和组织都市圈经济发展能力较弱。为促进徐州都市圈的健康发展,应实施徐州市优先发展战略。主要通过政府政策支持、完善城市功能、构建特大城市空间结构、强力推动联合协作等措施来加快徐州市的发展,从而带动整个都市圈的发展。
The metroplitan region of Xuzhou is an important component for urban spatial distribution of both Jiangsu Province and coastal areas of China. As the central city, Xuzhou, to a certain extent, is weak in its comprehensive strengths and in its capacity to develop the region＇s economy as an organizer. Thus, the strategy for giving prioity to the development of Xuzhou should be taken into account in order to advance the healthy development of the metropolitan region. The goal can be achieved with the support from government, the improvement of city functions, the establishment of spatial setup of the metropolis, the reinforcement of cooperation and coordination, etc. With Xuzhou taking the lead, the development of the whole region can be accelerated.
