摘要
本文在1993~1995年度对杂种小麦利用研究的基础上,采用测交筛选法筛选出10个恢复系,恢复力在85%~96.7%之间;F1代杂种的单倍体率低于不育系,单倍体频率在0~0.74%之间,说明恢复亲本对单倍体的产生有一定的抑制作用。并对19个高恢复度的杂种组合进行了优势分析,结果有5个产量超标优势在19.5%~38.1%之间,杂种优势较为显著。
n the basis of studies on utilization of hybrid wheat, 10 restorer lines were selected by using test cross selection method and their restoring ability was 85~96.7%.The haploid of the F1 hybrid was less than that of the sterile line and the frequency of the haploid was 0.0~0.74%. Itindicates that the restoration of parent had an inhibition to certain extent on the occurrence of haploid. A dominance analysis was made for 19 hybrid combinations with high restoring degree, of which 5 had a yield dominance of 19.5~38.1% above standard, a significant hybrid vigor.
