临床实习护士自我防护调查分析及对策 被引量：1

摘要 目的通过对326名实习护士自我防护知识及行为调查，加强护生的自我防护意识，提高自我防护的能力。方法采用无记名形式，用自行设计的问卷调查表对2007年在我院实习的326名护生进行调查。结果实习护士普遍存在自我防护意识淡漠，缺乏自我保护的能力，对职业危害认识不足。结论学校和医院应加强对护生的院感及职业危害的知识培训，增强护生自我防护意识，掌握正确的自我防护技术，把院感及职业危害降到最低。
