摘要
目的观察清气凉营汤在治疗脓毒症发热、降低病情危重程度、减轻炎症反应和保护心肝肾功能等方面的作用。方法将40例患者随机分为两组,对照组接受西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服清气凉营汤。结果清气凉营汤对脓毒症所致的发热具有显著的退热作用,并能降低脓毒症患者外周血白细胞水平,但不能显著改变脓毒症血清IL-6、TNF-α水平。结论清气凉营汤对脓毒症有干预作用,但不能有效改善APACHEⅢ评分。
Objective： To observe the effect of Qingqiliangying Decoction in the treatment of septic fever, inflammatory response, and protection of organ. Methods： 40 patients divided into two groups randomly. The control group received routine western medicine. The treatment group added Qingqiliangying Decoction based on control group. Results： The septic fever and level of leukocytes of treatment group declined, but the serum IL - 6, TNF - α had no change. Conclusion： The Qingqiliangying Decoction has effect in the treatment of sepsis, but can not effectively improve the APACHE Ⅲ.
