摘要
目的:观察神农肝脂宁丸治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效。方法:对照组54例用基本治疗,治疗组56例在基本治疗基础上用神农肝脂宁丸治疗,3个月后评价疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组比较丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、总胆固醇(Tch)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、肝脏形态均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:神农肝脂宁丸治疗非酒精性脂肪肝有明显临床效果。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Shennong Ganzhining Pill on nonalcoholic fatty liver. Method ：54 cases were with basic treatment as the control group while 56 eases were treated with Shennong Ganzhining Pill additionally on the base of basic treatment as the study group. After 3 months, the therapeutic effect was estimated. Result ： Compared with the control group, ALT, AST, GGT, Tch, TG, HDL - C and morphology of liver in the study group were significant different （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conelusion：Shennong Ganzhining Pill has obvious clinical effect on nonalcoholic fatty liver.
