摘要
目的观察中药双利肝冲剂对非酒精性脂肪肝的治疗效果。方法52例非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFL)患者随机分为双利肝治疗组和常规治疗对照组,治疗3个月,两组患者治疗前后行血浆内毒素(ET)、肝功能(ALT、AST)、血糖、血脂及肝炎病毒标志物检测,同时行腹部B超检查。结果NAFL患者中,双利肝治疗组治疗后与治疗前相比,血浆内毒素含量明显下降,有显著性差异,血胆固醇、甘油三酯、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)明显下降,有显著性差异,血糖有所下降,无显著性差异,而常规治疗组治疗后与治疗前相比,血浆内毒素有所下降,但无显著性差异,血ALT明显下降,有显著性差异,血胆固醇、甘油三酯、血糖虽有下降,但无显著性差异。结论双利肝对于非酒精性脂肪肝具有明显的治疗作用,有望成为治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的理想制剂。
Objective To study the curative effect of Shuangligan to non-alcoholic fatty liver (NAFL). Methods Fifty-two NAFL patients were divided into 2 groups: normal treated and Shuangligan treated groups. The serum levels of endotoxin(ET), blood fat, blood glucose, and liver function were detected in the patients. Results Significant difference was found in Shuangligan treated group in these parameters before and after treatment, but there was no significant difference in normal treated group. Conclusion Shuangligan is a good medicine in treatment and prevention of NAFL.
