报到了苦瓜全肉速溶保健饮料的生产工艺,较好地解决了既要尽量保全苦瓜的有效成份,又要使其口感乐于为消费者接受的工艺难点。
This paper has reported tecgnology about Balsam pear whole-fruit health drink of the quick dissolved.It has better solvcd that as full as possible effectirc ingredient of the Balsam pear,also technology difficulty wich let flavo have been like accepted by the customers.
