喉和下咽鳞癌中CD44v6的表达及意义 被引量:3

The expression and its significance of CD44v6 in human laryngeal and hy-popharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma

摘要 目的:应用免疫组化技术检测与肿瘤转移相关的细胞因子CD44v6的表达,分析CD44v6表达与喉和下咽鳞癌侵袭、转移等生物学行为的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测75例原发癌组织、29例癌旁正常黏膜组织、20例淋巴结转移癌组织中黏附分子CD44v6的表达。结果:CD44v6在原发癌中的阳性表达率为58.67%(44/75),癌旁正常组织的阳性表达率为34.48%(10/29),差异具有显著性(P<0.05);淋巴结转移癌中CD44v6的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.001)和原发癌(P<0.01);有淋巴结转移组的CD44v6表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01),高分化组的CD44v6表达率明显低于中分化组(P<0.05)。结论:CD44v6在喉癌和下咽癌组织中高表达,其表达率与喉癌和下咽癌的分化程度和淋巴结转移有关,可作为临床预测喉癌和下咽癌颈淋巴结转移趋势和估计预后的主要参考指标之一。 Objective: To investigate the expression of CD44v6 in larynx and hypopharynx by immunohistochemistry, and analyzed the relationship between CD44v6 expression and biological behavior of laryngeal and hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The expression of CD44V6 was examined by using immunohistochemical method in Seventy- five cases primary cancer tissue, 29 cases normal tissue beside cancer and 20 cases metastatic carcinoma in lymph node which were cut by operation in laryngeal and hypopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Results: In primary cancer tissue, the expression rate of CD44v6 is 58.67%(44/75),obviously higher then normal tissue (34.48%,10/29, P〈0.05); CD44v6 expression rate in lymph node metastatic carcinoma,obviously higher then normal tissue (P〈0.001)and primary cancer tissue (P〈0.01); CD44v6 expression rate of the group with lymph node metastasis is higher then group without lymph node metastasis(P〈0.01); the expression rate of the well-differentiated group is higher then moderately differentiated group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: CD44v6 is over expression in the tissue of larynx and hypopharynx, the expression rate is concerned with degree of cell differentiation and metastasis of lymph node, it may become a predict index of metastasis and prognosis of laryngeal and yngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
