摘要
目的:观察地喹氯铵含片辅助治疗小儿复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法:将150例轻、中度复发性口腔溃疡患儿随机分成两组,对照组75例,给予维生素B2、维生素C片及冰硼含片,均按常用剂量服用,3次/d,口服;治疗组75例,在对照组用药基础上加用地喹氯铵含片含化,1片/次,4次/d。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.7%,对照组总有效率为53.3%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:地喹氯铵含片辅助治疗小儿轻、中度复发性溃疡具有显著疗效。
Objective： To observe the effect of Degualinium chloride Buecal Tablets to adjuvant therapy in children with recurrent oral ulcer. Methods： The 150 cases with minor or moderate recurrent oral ulcer were randomly divided into two groups, 75 eases were in the control group and treated with tablet of vitamin B2, vitamin C and bomeol at normal dosage, rid; 75 cases were in the treating group and treated with the same as control group except a tablet of Degualinium chloride Buecal Tablets, four times a day. Results： The total effective rate of the treating group was 90.7% and total effective rate of the control group was 53.3%. There was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： To adjuvant thera- py of Degualinium chloride Buceal Tablets with minor or moderate recurrent oral ulcer in children have a signifieant effect.
