摘要
目的:观察益口含漱液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的效果。方法:28例复发性口腔溃疡患者被分为益口含漱液试验组(14例)和洗必泰含漱液对照组(14例),并对两组疗效进行比较。结果:益口含漱液组总有效率(78.57%)明显高于洗必泰含漱液对照组(35.71%),两者有显著性差异。结论:益口含漱液因含有三氯新、茶多酚、甘草甜素、维生素E等多种有效成分,对复发性口腔溃疡有良好治疗效果。
Objective：To observe the curative effects of iKou-mouthrines on recurrent aphthous ulcere. Methods. Twenty-eight patients suffering from recurrent aphthous ulcer were divided into YiKou-mouthrinse group（14 cases）and Chlorhexidine-mouthrinse group（14 cases）, and the curative effects of two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate on seventh day（ 78. 57%）of Yikou-mouthrinse group was higher than that （35.71%） of Chlorhexidine-mouthrinse group, the difference was significant. Conclusion：The YiKou-mouthrinse has better clinical effect in curing recurrent aphthous ulcer due to its effective composition： Triclosan ,Tea polyphenol, Glycyrrhizin,Vitamine E and so on.
