摘要
目的观察逐瘀通脉胶囊治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将82例眩晕病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予逐瘀通脉胶囊口服,2粒/次,3次/d;对照组给予尼莫地平片口服,40 mg/次,3次/日,观察两组临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率75.00%,治疗组总有效率95.24%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论逐瘀通脉胶囊治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效确切,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuyu Tongmai capsule in the treatment of vertigo due to vertebro - basilar insufficiency. Methods 82 cases of patients with vertigo were randomized into the therapeutic group and the control group. The therapeutic group was given Zhuyu Tongmai capsules, 2 capsules once, 3 times per day. The control group was given Nimedipine tablets for oral use, 40mg once, 3 times per day. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 75.00 %, and that of the therapeutic group was 95.24 %. The difference between the two groups was significant （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Zhuyu Tongmai capsules have a definite effect on the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebro - basilar insufficiency, and are worth of clinical application.
