Determination of triclosan in environmental samples using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 建立了气相色谱质谱联用(GC-MS)分析自然水体中三氯生的方法,采用C_(18)固相萃取柱处理水样。利用N-甲基-N(三甲基硅)-三氟乙酰胺(MSTFA)对目标物进行衍生化。GC-MS分析中以菲-D10为内标,利用内标法对三氯生进行定量。河水海水中不同浓度加标的三氯生回收率为73%~101%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在4.5%~11.3%之间,方法检出限为0.2ng/L。该方法适用于河水海水水体中三氯生的测定。 Triclosan (2,4,4′-trichloro-2′-hydroxydiphenyl ether, TCS) is an antimicrobial reagent widely used in many personal care products. An analytical method based on gas chromatography coupled with quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was developed. Water samples were prepared and cleaned-up by using a C18 solid-phase extraction cartridge. MSTFA (N-Methyl-N-(trimethylsilyl)-trifluoroacetamide) was used as derivatization for target compounds and D10-phenanthrene was used as an internal standard for the quantitative analysis. The recoveries of TCS in spiked seawater and river water at three different concentrations ranged from 73 % to 101% with the relative standard deviations ranged from 4.5 % to 11.3 %, and the detection limit of the method was 0.2 ng/L for TCS. The results showed this method was applied well to analyzing water samples collected from rivers, coastal water bodies.
