摘要
以二氯甲烷为提取溶剂,超声提取抗菌纺织品中的抗菌剂三氯生,建立了气相色谱—质谱联用检测抗菌纺织品中抗菌剂三氯生的方法,并对提取条件进行了优化。该方法简便快速,灵敏度高,在信噪比为3的条件下三氯生的检出限为0.05 mg/L,平均回收率为95.38%~98.60%,相对标准偏差为2.93%~4.44%。采用该方法对实际样品进行测定,发现部分市售抗菌纺织品中含有高浓度的抗菌剂三氯生。
The test method based on gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry was established to determine the content of triclosan in antibacterial textiles. Triclosan in antibacterial textiles was ultrasonically extracted with dichloromethane as the extraction solvent. The extraction conditions were optimized. This method was rapid, accurate and sensitive. The detection limit was 0.05 mg/L at the condition of S/N (signal/noise) =3. The average recovery of triclosan varied from 95.38% to 98.60% while the relative standard deviation (RSD) changed from 2.93% to 4. 44%, correspondingly. Triclosan in commercial antibacterial textiles was tested using this method and the results showed that triclosan of high content existed in some commercial antibacterial textiles.
