摘要
采用溶剂萃取法合成了偏磷酸铜(Cu(PO3)2)超细微粉,平均粒度为50nm左右.通过XRD,IR,TG,DTA,TEM等实验对超细微粉的组成、结构等进行了研究.
The copper metaphosphate,Cu(PO3)2,ultrafine powders was prepared by using a new method,solvent extraction.The size of particles is around 50nm in average.The composition and structure of ultrafine powders were studied by XRD,IR,TG,DTA and TEM.
