摘要
目的：了解下腰椎手术失败综合征的原因及预防治疗。方法：通过对１４６例下腰椎手术失败综合征病人分析，找出ＦＢＳＳ′的病因，预防及治疗措施。结果：详细讨论了ＦＢＳＳ病因及确切的治疗方法。结论：由于复发原因较多，需要仔细检查，对症治疗。不能盲目再手术。
Methods:To analyse 146 patients whom with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and spinal stenosis that were aggravated after surgery and recurred,and finding the pathogenesis,prevention and treatment methods of FBSS.Conclusion:The reasons of FBSS are manifold.One must carefully examined the patients to find the exact pathogenesis and treatment methods.
