摘要
在屈光手术过程中,对角膜组织进行蚀除将改变角膜组织的刚度,并促使角膜在此类相关因素的作用下产生变形。对于大矫正度数的屈光矫正手术,此类变形将使几何模型产生明显的欠矫误差。本文在几何矫正模型的基础上建立角膜弹性壳模型,为手术过程中欠矫问题的解决提供理论依据。
The Young s modtulus and shell thickness of the eomea change after surgical cut. Geometric model does not take all these biomeehanieal responses into account, that leads to the problem of under- correction in the refractive surgery procedures, especially in the case of high myopia. In this paper, on the base of geometric model, an analytically sulvahle model that considers the biomechanical responses of the cornea is developed for used in the current and novel eorneal refractive surgery procedures. This model lays a sound theoretical foundation to resolve the problem of under - correction.
