摘要
目的:探讨超促排卵(COH)周期中注射hCG当日的子宫内膜厚度对体外受精-胚胎移植治疗结局的影响。方法:回顾性分析502个IVF/ICSI周期,根据注射hCG当日子宫内膜厚度分为5组,A组:内膜厚度≤9mm,38个周期;B组:内膜厚度10-11mm,111个周期;C组:内膜厚度12-13mm,169个周期;D组:内膜厚度14-15mm,118个周期;E组,内膜厚度≥16mm,66个周期。结果:C组和D组的临床妊娠率(65.68%,67.80%)和种植率(42.59%,43.76%)显著高于A组(65.68%,33.23%)、B组(50.45%,34.31%)和E组(53.03%,31.89%)。结论:注射hCG当日子宫内膜的厚度影响了IVF-ET的治疗结局,厚度处于12-15mm时,更适宜着床。
Objective: To explore the relationship between endometrial thickness on the day of hCG administration and treatment outcome after IVF/ICSI and embryo transfer. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted of 502 IVF/ICSI-ET cycles between January 2005 and March 2006 in Reproductive Medicine center of drumTower Hospital. According to the endometrial thickness on the day of hCG administration, cycles were divided into 5 groups. Group A: endometrial thickness ≤9 mm, 38 cycles; Group B: 10-11 mm, 111 cycles; Group C: 12-13 mm, 169 cycles; Group D: 14-15 mm, 118 cycles; Group E: ≥16 mm, 66 cycles. Results: The clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate of group C (65.68%, 42.59%) and D (67.80%, 43.76%) were statistically higher than those of group A (50.00%, 33.23%), group B (50.45%, 34.31%) and group E (53.03%, 31.89%). Conclusion: Endometrial thickness on the day of hCG administration is associated with IVF/ICSI-ET outcome. When the endometrial thickness is 12-15 mm, the endometrium seems more suitable for implantation.
