摘要
为了解决卷烟包装机铝箔纸人工涂油存在的缺陷,基于MCU、LCD以及电磁阀控制技术,设计了一种全自动铝箔纸涂油控制系统。该系统可根据不同铝箔纸材质,实时调整涂油量,并通过自动计数烟包的数量来控制涂油的频率。该系统通过控制电磁阀开闭的时间来控制涂油量,该控制方法简便,在实际应用中取得较好的经济效益和节能效果。
In order to solve the defect of artificial oiling the aluminum foil paper, a new auto-oil aluminum foil paper control system was designed based on the technology of MCU, LCD and electromagnetic valve control. It can adjust the quantity of oiling according to variant aluminum foil paper, and control the frequency of oiling by auto-counting the cigarette packets. This system adjusts the quantity of oiling by controlling the time of electromagnetic valve opening and closing, this controlling method is simple and convenient, it obtains good economic benefit and good result of saving energy in practical application.
