摘要
本文论述了在钴基合金上获得硅化物层的可能性。研究了钴基合金渗硅层的组织结构和性能,探讨了钴基合金渗硅处理的技术问题。试验结果表明,钴及钴基合金利用渗硅或硅硼共渗,可以在其表面获得硬度高,耐蚀性及耐热性好的化合物层。对于钴基合金这是一种很有前途的表面强化方法。
This paper deals with the possibility of obtaining siliconizing layer on cobalt base alloy. The structures and properties of the layer and the siliconizing processing are investigated. The experimental results denoted flint, by both Single siliconizing and duplex siliconboronizing process, the high hardness surface layer with good corrosion resistance and heat resistance may be obtained on cobalt and cobalt base alloy. This is a better surface hardening method on cobalt base alloy.
