摘要
采用石蜡切片法研究小核龙眼胚胎发育的特点。结果表明:小核龙眼二代高接树和一代嫁接树中珠被、珠心、胚囊在不同时期存在不同程度的皱缩、瓦解现象,而正常发育的乌龙岭龙眼无此现象,这可能是导致它们小核的重要原因。同时也说明该种小核性状是可以稳定遗传给后代的。
The development characters of small- nutted longan embryo were studied by paraffin method. The result showed that the integument, nuceUus, and embryo sac wrinkled, disintegrated to different extents at different stages in the second generation of top - grafted seedlings and the first genemation of grafted ones, but Wulongling longan with normal - nut did not show these phenomena. This might be an important cause for small - nut. The small - nut character could be stably transmitted to its future generations.
