摘要
中医药是中华民族优秀的文化遗产,在国民卫生保健中起着不可或缺的重要作用。但是,目前国家对中医药的法律保护还存在缺陷和不足。文章在介绍古代、民国时期以及当前的中医药法制的基础上,剖析中医药立法存在的问题并对中医药立法难点进行分析,为国家出台中医药基本法提供相关建议。
Chinese medicine is the Chinese national outstanding cultural heritage. It has been the indispensable influential role in the national medical care. However, there are still shortcomings and deficiencies at present about the legal protection of Chinese medicine. By introducing the legal system of Chinese medicine about the ancient China, the Republic of China as well as the current period and analyzing the problems and the legislative difficulties in the current legal system of Chinese medicine, the article tried to provide some related suggestions for promulgating the fundamental law of Chinese medicine.
