摘要
本文从分析间接损失的含义入手,探讨将间接损失纳入国家赔偿法的立法难点及必要性,完善我国的国家赔偿制度,以适应经济发展、社会进步及民主与法制建设的需要。
Starting from analyzing the concept of indirect loss, the paper probes on the difficulties and necessity of including indirect loss in 'state compensation law' in order to perfect the state compensation law in China to adapt to the need of economic development, social progress and the construction of democracy and legal system.
