雏鸡左眼视剥夺不同时程后记忆形成过程与脑内Jun样蛋白表达差异的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本实验采用一次性味觉厌恶回避学习,研究2日龄雏鸡左眼视剥夺24小时后的记忆形成过程,并与左眼视剥夺2小时后的记忆形成过程进行比较,同时利用免疫组化技术,观察并比较单眼视剥夺不同时程及单眼学习后Jun样蛋白在雏鸡脑内不同区域(HV和LPO)的表达。结果表明:1.视剥夺左眼24小时后对雏鸡的短时记忆、中时记忆和长时记忆均无明显影响,但中时记忆保持水平略低于双眼学习条件下的中时记忆保持水平。这与视剥夺2小时后的记忆形成过程有明显不同;2.视剥夺左眼2小时、24小时可使Jun样蛋白的表达随剥夺时间变长而显著增高;3.视剥夺左眼2小时、24小时后进行学习,雏鸡脑内分别于学习后10分钟和70分钟观察到Jun样蛋白表达的明显增多。 2-day-old chicks were trained to learn the one-trial passive avoidance task after being deprived ofleft-eye vision for 24 hours. Their process of memory formation was compared with that of chicks deprived of left-eye vision for 2 hours. The immunohistochemical technique was used in the present study todetect and compare Jun expressed in HV and LOP after different time of visual deprivation. It was shownthat the 24 - hour deprivation of left - eye vision didnot have obvious effects on the stages of memory formation, and after 24 hours of visual deprivation, theexpression of Jun - like protein was greatly higherthan that of 2-hour visual deprivation, and the learning induced the expression of Jun - like protein at ahigh level especially in LPO after visual deprivation.
