摘要
100例2型糖尿病周围神经病变的患者随机分为对照组和左卡尼汀组（1000mg，tid），服药16周后，左卡尼汀组患者密歇根神经病变筛查量表评分，视觉对等评分均有明显改善，定量感觉检查显示热感觉和热痛觉较治疗前有明显改善（均P〈0．05），提示左卡尼汀对糖尿病周围神经病变尤其对疼痛有一定的治疗作用。
One hundred patients with type 2 diabetic neuropathy were divided into L-carnitine group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Data showed significant improvements in clinical symptoms scores, visual analogue scale and quantitative sense test after 16-week L-carnitine treatment （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. The study demonstrates that L-carnitine has affirmative effect on patients with diabetic neuropathy, especially in alleviating pain.
